Monroe Street Closing
Henderson Franklin Client Parking/New Access off Broadway

As part of the City of Fort Myers Downtown Utility and Streetscape Improvements Project, Monroe Street, from Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. to Main Street, will be closed off on Monday, June 15th and is expected to remain closed until mid-October 2009.  This closure means that normal access to Henderson Franklin's client parking lot from Monroe Street will not be available.

Henderson Franklin has established a temporary new entrance and client parking lot, accessible via Broadway (between Second Street and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard).

  • If heading west on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, turn right on to Broadway and the entrance to the client parking lot will be on the left.
  • If heading east on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, turn left on to Broadway and the entrance to the client parking lot will be on the left.
  • If you are on Broadway, the new entrance is on the west side of Broadway, next to the Veranda restaurant between Second Street and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.
