Employment Law Update, August 2007

Founded in 1924, Henderson Franklin is headquartered in Fort Myers, Florida, and has offices in Sanibel and Bonita Springs. We are proud of our role in the history of Southwest Florida, and in the formation of many of its communities and businesses. As one of the oldest and largest law firms between Tampa and Miami, we continue to provide our clients with highly personalized service from more than 57 experienced attorneys.

Our attorneys handle legal issues for both businesses and individuals. We can assist, for example, with forming a business, buying real estate or settling a dispute among other matters. We are especially sensitive to our clients' special needs when handling more personal matters such as preparing a will or settling a divorce.

We continue to nurture and foster the sentiments of our founders in providing dedicated and quality service to the Firm's clients and by supporting and participating in civic and charitable organizations and activities.

Henderson Franklin's commitment to the law and to Southwest Florida has provided us with a reputation for high ethical conduct and professional leadership in both the courtroom and in the community.
