Fort Myers Attorney Scott Beatty Named to Gulf Coast Business Review's 40 Under 40

Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A. is pleased to announce that stockholder and commercial litigator Scott Beatty was named to Gulf Coast Business Review's 40 Under 40. The “40 Under 40” list recognizes bright, young business leaders, executives and professionals under the age of 40 who live and work in Pinellas, Hillsborough, Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte, Lee and Collier counties.

Beatty focuses his civil and commercial litigation practice in business torts and real estate litigation, construction and lien law litigation, contract disputes, collections and foreclosures. He also handles cases involving title insurance claims, securities litigation and arbitration. For several years, Beatty coaches and mentors students at Fort Myers High School Academy of Law for the statewide mock trial competition. He is also very involved with the Boy Scouts of America and the Christian Chamber of Southwest Florida.

Beatty received his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University, cum laude, in 1993 and his law degree from the University of Miami, cum laude, in 1996.
