Fort Myers Real Estate Attorney Tyra Read Elected Stockholder at Henderson Franklin

The law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to announce that Attorney Tyra Read has become a stockholder with the firm. Tyra represents individual buyers and sellers, as well as developers, builders and private lenders in a wide variety of residential and commercial real estate matters.

Tyra frequently contributes to the firm’s newsletters, The Legal Scoop on Southwest Florida Real Estate and The Lender’s Perspective. In fact in 2009, she authored two chapters to the book “Florida Foreclosure, What Lawyers Need to Know Now” published by Thomson West and available on Amazon.com.

Tyra is very active in the Southwest Florida real estate community. She is a member of the Real Estate Investment Society, Cape Coral Construction Industry Association, Women in Real Estate, Southwest Florida Real Estate Investment Association, Lee Building Industry Association and Southwest Real Estate Council.

Tyra received her undergraduate degrees from Edison Community College and University of South Florida, summa cum laude, and received her law degree from Stetson University, magna cum laude.
