Overview
Born and raised in Fort Myers, Florida, Haylee returns after completing Henderson Franklin’s Summer Associate Program. She gained invaluable hands-on experience, reinforcing her commitment to estate planning and business law. This experience allowed her to understand the unique needs of clients and provide thoughtful, tailored solutions to their legal challenges. Now, as a full-time associate, she continues to build strong client relationships grounded in trust, clarity, and communication.
Haylee earned her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, graduating magna cum laude, and also completed an MBA, making her uniquely equipped to assist clients with legal issues. She earned the Top JD/MBA Academic Performance Award in 2024 for her exceptional work in both disciplines.
Haylee is a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society and Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society. As a member of the Stetson Business Law Review, she earned the Outstanding New Associate Award and went on to become an Articles & Symposia editor, playing a critical role in shaping the publication. Haylee also held leadership roles on the Student Leadership Development Committee and Tax Law Society.
Haylee and her husband, both Fort Myers High School graduates, are thrilled to return to their hometown after living in St. Petersburg for three years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her miniature dachshund, Jeter, as well as cheering on her favorite sports teams.
Professional and Civic Affiliations
Haylee is deeply committed to giving back to the community. During law school, she volunteered with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program through United Way Suncoast, where she prepared tax returns for low- and moderate-income individuals. Now back in Fort Myers, she plans to continue her involvement with local organizations, including United Way of Lee, Hendry, and Glades, to make a positive impact on the community she calls home.
