Overview
John is a Florida Bar Board Certified real estate expert. For nearly 40 years, he has been representing owners (sellers and buyers) in Bonita Springs, Estero, Naples, Fort Myers Beach and Fort Myers in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions. John also represents clients in matters of title insurance and other real property issues.
Prior to joining Henderson Franklin, John was managing partner of his own law firm in Bonita Springs for 37 years. He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts.
John has been honored as Citizen of the Year by both the Bonita Springs Chamber of Commerce and the Bonita Springs Lion’s Club. In 2015, the Naples Daily News recognized John as a “25 over 50” honoree for his long history of community service. When not working, he enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, and following his Chicago Cubs.
Professional and Civic Affiliations
John has been very active in the community and is a member of the Lee County Bar Association. In 2021, John was elected to the Board of Directors for the Bonita Springs Assistance Office (BSAO) and is now Vice-Chairman. Over the years, he served as President/Chairman of the Bonita Springs Area Chamber of Commerce, the Rotary Club of Bonita Springs, the Bonita Springs Speakers Assembly, the Bonita Springs Community Foundation and the Bonita Springs YMCA. John also was an elected Council Member and Deputy Mayor for the City of Bonita Springs, Florida (2008 – 2012).
