Family Law Attorney – Naples
Henderson Franklin is seeking a compassionate and experienced full-time Family Law Attorney to join the Naples branch of our family law department. We are a well-established firm with a commitment to providing exceptional legal services and customer services to our clients. Henderson Franklin is seeking a skilled legal assistant with litigation experience. Our team of legal assistants provide support to attorneys and paralegals with administrative tasks including scheduling, e-filing and billing. The successful legal assistant will work collaboratively and cooperatively with peers, staff, and attorneys in a team-oriented environment. Ideal candidates should have:
- A minimum of three years of administrative support experience in a legal office environment supporting litigation attorneys;
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and calendars for up to two attorneys;
- Experience using document management and client management software applications;
- Strong computer proficiency and intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel);
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; demonstrated understanding of correct grammar, spelling and punctuation;
- Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail;
- Poised and professional with the ability to effectively interact with attorneys, clients, and co-workers within a team environment;
