Colby Keefe Elevated to Real Estate Department Chair
Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A. is thrilled to announce that stockholder Colby Keefe has been named Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department. Commenting on her new role, she shares:

Since joining Henderson Franklin in March 2021 and becoming a stockholder in January 2023, Keefe has profoundly impacted the firm and its clients. Her practice focuses on representing community associations as general counsel and representing clients in real estate development projects, including residential communities and commercial subdivisions.
Keefe also serves as the Summer Associate Program Chair, offering law students an opportunity to enhance their academic experience while immersing themselves in the daily operations of a full-service law firm. Her professional and civic affiliations also include the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce Leadership Class of 2022 and the Lee County Bar Association. Keefe also volunteers as a dog walker at the Animal Refuge Center located in North Fort Myers, Florida.
