Henderson Franklin Expands Litigation Team and Welcomes Katherine Moran

Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A. is pleased to announce that attorney Katherine Moran has joined the firm’s Tort and Insurance Litigation Department. Based in the Fort Myers office, she will focus her practice on property insurance claims, construction defects and general litigation matters.

Before joining Henderson Franklin, Moran practiced at respected Florida insurance defense firms and served as staff counsel for a regional insurance company. She has successfully managed substantial caseloads, handled complex litigation tasks and represented major carriers. Known for her forthright communication and focus on practical solutions, Moran partners closely with clients to assess risk and determine the most effective path forward. She shares:
