Shannon Puopolo Named One of Florida Trend Magazine’s 2024 Notable Women Leaders in Law

This prestigious honor highlights her outstanding contributions to the legal profession, leadership in the community, and dedication to mentoring the next generation of legal talent. She shares,

With 15 years at Henderson Franklin, Puopolo has made significant strides in business litigation, creditor’s rights in bankruptcy cases, and alternative finance law. She is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Mediator and serves on the approved mediator list for the United States District Court Middle District of Florida.
Beyond her legal practice, Puopolo is a driving force behind the firm’s recruitment and retention efforts, ensuring the cultivation of top legal talent. As chair of the Recruiting & Retention Committee, she spearheads programs that support young attorneys’ growth, including the firm’s Summer Associate Program and Associate Committee initiatives.

Puopolo’s civic and community involvement is equally impressive. She has chaired numerous charitable events, raising over $250,000 for local nonprofits, and has been a mentor in the Take Stock in Children Program. Puopolo is also an Adjunct Professor at Ave Maria School of Law, inspiring future legal professionals.
In addition to her professional and community accomplishments, Puopolo has balanced her demanding career with her roles as a wife and mother, exemplifying grace under pressure. Her selection as one of Florida Trend’s Notable Women Leaders in Law reflects her tireless efforts to advance the profession and uplift others.
