Shannon Puopolo Sworn in as President of the Southwest Florida Bankruptcy Professionals Association
Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A. proudly announces that stockholder Shannon Puopolo was sworn in as President of the Southwest Florida Bankruptcy Professionals Association (SWFBPA) at its 12th Annual Alexander L. Paskay Memorial Dinner on Wednesday, November 20, 2024. Commenting on her appointment, she shares,

In addition to serving as the firm’s Hiring Chairperson, Puopolo focuses her practice in bankruptcy, creditor’s rights, and business litigation. Her election as President is a significant milestone in her distinguished career, reflecting her dedication to the profession and her leadership within the Southwest Florida legal community.

Puopolo joined Henderson Franklin in 2009 and has earned recognition for her contributions to the legal profession. She has been recognized as one of Gulfshore Business Magazine‘s and Business Observer’s “40 Under 40.” Puopolo was named a “Rising Star” in business litigation by Florida Super Lawyers® for over a decade (2012-2023) and earned the title of Florida Super Lawyer in 2024. Since 2018, Naples Illustrated has honored her as a “Top Lawyer” in business litigation.
The Southwest Florida Bankruptcy Professionals Association is dedicated to promoting the understanding and practice of bankruptcy law while fostering professional relationships among attorneys, trustees, and judges in the region. The Alexander L. Paskay Memorial Dinner commemorates the legacy of Judge Paskay, a pioneer in bankruptcy law who inspired countless legal professionals.
